I am an outpatient therapist who works with people of all ages. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education from the University of North Dakota. I also earned a Master of Social Work from Boston University. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with clients to set goals and take steps toward achieving them.

I use a combination of different techniques when working with someone. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. I prioritize a strength-based approach that acknowledges the client as the expert in their own experiences.

In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, biking, and enjoying time outside!
