Natasha Hart
I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2018, and graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Dakota in 2019. I am trained in Brainspotting and enjoy working with all age groups, and have the most experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a hospital and school setting. I am passionate about helping clients any way that I can. I mainly use a collaborative, strengths-based approach with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes and goals. It is important to me to use different techniques in counseling best suited for each client to help them appropriately. I use empathy in attempt to understand what clients are going through, and to demonstrate that I am here for them and want them to feel heard. In my spare time, I love traveling, reading, playing softball, and spending time with my family, friends, and of course my cats.
